Schedule Your EstimateList Item 1
The estimate is the first step on the road to repair. We offer both in person esimates, and online repair cost predictions. We also offer walk in estimates, but ask that customers call or schedule ahead to ensure that we are able to get to you right away!

In person estimatesList Item 2
Once you have scheduled your in person estimate, we will be ready for you at your scheduled time. If you run into any delays or need to change your scheduled appointment, just let us know, we are here for you and will always work with what you need! Your in person appointment will only last 15-20 minutes, then you are free to go. Estimates can take several hours to prepare, so your assigned service advisor will reach out to you as soon as they have your estimate completed!

Coordinating the Repair and RentalList Item 3
Once your service advisor has has completed your estimate, they will reach out to schedule your drop off date for your repair. Once this date has been set, we recommed immediatly booking your rental car for the same date, as rental cars can be tough to book last second.

Cleaning Out Your VehicleList Item 1
Prior to dropping off your car, we ask that our customers remove all valuables and other items from their vehicle. Throughout the course of repairs, technicians will need to be in an out of different portions of the vehicle, and these items can often be a hinderence as they will have to be moved in order to complete repairs properly. Additionally, please remove all trash so that we can provide and clean and healthy workspace for our technicians

Gas or Charge StateList Item 2
We ask that customers bring in their vehicle with either a full tank of gas, or a fully charged battery for customers with electric vehicles. Vehicles manufacturers often require cars to have a full tank or charge when completing final computer checks and calibrations, so we ask that customers help us to meet these conditions when dropping off

Come On In!List Item 3
Once you arrive from your drop off, please head inside the front office so that we can begin the check in process. One of our front office staff will review the details of your claim one last time, then complete the "mapping process" with you by marking the vehicle in varying ways to visually identify areas that we are repairing or leaving as they are

Enterprise Shuttle SystemList Item 4
For customers who have elected to use the enterprise on Germantown Parkway, we will contact the local manager as soon as you arrive to have an Enterprise shuttle dispatched to take you to your rental car

We do our best to keep our customers updated throughout the course of repairs, but unfortunately we are not always able to call out as much as we would like. Please call us anytime that you have a question or concern!

Length of RepairsList Item 2
Due to the complexity of modern car repair, coupled with ongoing parts supply chain issues, we do not guaruntee the length of any repair. Service advisors will always give an up to date an informed opinion on the length of the repair, but there are multiple factors that can disrupt that timeline that are outside of our control

Rental StatusList Item 3
We work closely with our insurance and rental car partners to provide accurate updates on the state of repairs while the vehicle is in the shop. Please note that we do not have any control or say in the status of your rental car, therefore we have no way to cancel or extend your rental status. These decisions are entirely in the hands of the party paying for the rental vehicle

Flow of RepairsList Item 4
Once your vehicle has been repaired, our team gets right to work on beginning the repair process. Our goal is to have a full disassembly and inspection of the damaged area completed shortly after drop off, so that any additional repairs needed can be identified. Once disassmbly has been completed, we move on to the body, paint, then reassembly processes. Once all of these are completed, nearly all modern vehicles will require a health check and calibration of all computers in the repair area. The final step is the quality check of the repairs that we completed to ensure that the vehicle is ready to go back on the road
Pickup & Post Repair Paint Care
Once your repairs are completed and the vehicle is ready for pick up, there are still a few things to know before you go

Pickup/ DeliveryList Item 1
Once your service advisor has completed a quality control check of the completed repairs, they will reach out to let you know that the vehicle is clear for pickup, and discuss any deductibles or remaining balances on the vehicle.

Paint Care After RepairList Item 2
While the repairs may be completed on your vehicle, there are still several precautions to take. Below we have attached a list of do's and don't's for what to do in the first 90 days following your repair. The items listed below could cause damage to the fresh paint that are not covered under the warranty we provide, so we ask that customers adhere to this as much as possible

- Wash the vehicle by hand with cool water, mild chemicals, and a soft rag or sponge
- Wash and store the vehicle is a cool and shaded area
- Avoid parking near trees, bushes, or smoke producing buildings

Don'tList Item 4
- Go through any commercial car washes
- Drive down rocky or gravel roads
- Scrape ice or snow off the vehicle
- Wax or polish the fresh paint
- Dry wipe or dust the vehicle
